Do you like ice cream but not all the added sugars and fats found in most store-bought varieties? Have you tried Easy Homemade Cottage Cheese Ice Cream? It went viral on the internet and on TikTok.
It’s so easy to do too. You can sweeten it with your favorite liquid sweetener (honey, agave nectar, maple syrup, etc.) and flavor it with all your favorite supplements.
To get started, all you need are 2-3 common ingredients: whole milk (4%), cottage cheese, liquid sweetener of choice, and vanilla extract (optional). And then it’s time to get creative with additional flavors – very vanilla, chocolate, coffee, peanut butter, almond butter, frozen fruit, etc.
